Remote, progressive strength programming geared toward endurance athlete performance, strength, and durability (injury prevention). Training is delivered via an online platform with video-guided exercise demos, written descriptions, the ability to track progress, and add feedback for your coach.
Nutrition Coaching
Personalized nutrition plans based on your lifestyle, metabolic needs, performance goals, and health. Our Sports Dietitian, Dana, offers 1:1 nutrition coaching, biomarker assessments, quarterly group coaching, and an ongoing membership program to suit your needs as an athlete.
